Float-a-Pet

This bulky collar is a prototype of a life-saving device for animals. Demonstrated here on an innocent chihuahua, the Float-a-Pet inflates when the humidity sensor reaches its threshold. I'd only be afraid that the sensor would slip into the pup's water bowl and -POOF- they're stuck wearing that thing until someone gets home.
