The USBCELL is an NiMH battery you re-charge via a USB port. The batteries are currently available in AA size. Future models will include AAA, C, D, 9V, and even cell phone batteries. You can purchase a pack of 2 AA batteries for £13. Unfortunately, they are currently shipping to the UK only.
