Tunnel May Be Icy

Russia is home to Europe's longest in-city tunnel: approximately 2 miles. A river runs over the tunnel and water leaks in some areas. When it freezes, chaos abounds. This is video from various parts of the tunnel over the course of one day (I'm told).
