I've been searching for a new IM tool because I can't get through my company's firewall with Trillian.  Meebo.com is a spectacular website which allows you to IM through your AIM, ICQ, Yahoo!, MSN, Jabber, and GTalk accounts simultaneously.  It presents you with one compiled Buddy list, just like Trillian.  Unlike a software install, however, you have only one window to minimize when it's time to get back to work.  It's free, of course, and you don't even need to create an account.  Really, you have nothing to lose, so check it out!
