I stumbled across some bizarre link on fark.com. The caffeine nap is intended to boost you to an awakened state quickly and easily. Here's how you do it:
1. Quickly drink 1 cup of coffee.
2. Immediately take a 15 minute nap - no more, no less.
3. Awake to a new state of alertness
Researchers in England say the adenosine-clearing coffee with a nap chaser was the best way to keep drivers alert - better than slapping yourself in the face, blasting the radio, or driving with the windows down.
